Please find attached the draft revised Behaviour Policy.
Key changes include:
• Clearer consequence ladder
• Streamlined restorative conversation guidance
• Centralisation of serious incident recording
• Alignment of rewards across schools
Rationale:
Staff feedback last year highlighted inconsistency between departments and phases. The aim is clarity and fairness.
