I'm the Deputy Head and I'm particularly interested in school improvement, staff development and creating the conditions for great teaching and learning. I enjoy working collaboratively and hearing different perspectives from colleagues. Outside school, I enjoy running, reading crime novels and travelling with friends. I'm also a keen gardener, although my garden doesn't always cooperate with my plans.
