I'm the Pastoral Lead and I'm particularly interested in pupil wellbeing, positive behaviour and creating a supportive school culture. I enjoy sharing practical pastoral strategies and hearing what's working in other schools. Outside work, I'm a keen cook, enjoy live sport and spend weekends trying to convince myself that I actually enjoy running.
