Following trust priorities, we are aligning KS3 literacy delivery.
Structure:
• Weekly disciplinary reading slot
• Common vocabulary booklet
• Live modelling approach
• Termly reading diagnostics
Support requested:
- Cross-curricular reinforcement of tier 2 vocabulary
- Consistency in extended writing expectations
Would welcome feedback before final timetable adjustments.

Fully aligned with reading intervention model.
We should standardise vocabulary routines across schools.
