As we begin strategic planning, I propose the following trust-wide priorities for 2026–27:
Literacy & Vocabulary Consistency
- Curriculum Sequencing Refinement
- Staff Workload Reduction
- Digital Infrastructure Stability
- Financial Efficiency
These align with both internal review outcomes and external accountability expectations.
Before drafting the Development Plan, I welcome feedback on emphasis and feasibility.

Inclusion should remain explicitly referenced within literacy priority.
