Colleagues,
The attached scoring matrix compares Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams across:
• Cost per user
• Security compliance
• Classroom integration
• Assignment workflow
• Admin control
• Storage scalability
Weighted analysis currently shows parity in functionality but divergence in ecosystem integration.
Before presenting to SLT, I would value teaching perspective.

From infrastructure perspective, Microsoft aligns more cleanly with existing licensing agreements.
However, staff preference remains split.
