I'm an Assistant Head with a particular interest in teaching and learning, professional development and supporting colleagues to develop their classroom practice. I'm a big believer in sharing ideas rather than reinventing the wheel. Outside school, I enjoy running, watching rugby and attempting DIY projects that invariably take considerably longer than I expect.
