We currently enter attendance and behaviour data into:
• MIS
• Safeguarding system
• Attendance tracker spreadsheet
This duplication risks inconsistency.
Proposal:
Explore API integration or phased removal of manual trackers.
Would appreciate examples from other schools.

Data integrity must come before convenience.
Please cost potential integration before discontinuing trackers.
